- Refund: If a replacement is not available, we offer a full refund. (Excludes shipping fees)
- Exchange: Alternatively, you may choose to exchange the item for another product available in our store. Please note that if the new item has a higher price than the original purchase, you will be required to pay the difference. If the new item is priced lower, we will provide a partial refund for the difference.
